This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit www.madlords.com (the “Site”) or make a purchase there.

COOKIE FILES

Here is a list of cookies we use. We’ve listed them here so that you can choose whether you want to allow them or not.

_session_id, a unique session identifier, allows Shopify to store information about your session (referent, landing page, etc.).

_shopify_visit, no data retained, persists for 30 minutes since last visit. Used by our website provider’s internal statistics tracking system to record the number of visits.

_shopify_uniq, no data retained, expires at midnight (depending on the visitor’s location) the next day. Calculates the number of store visits per single customer.

cart, unique identifier, persists for 2 weeks, stores information about your shopping cart.

_secure_session_id, unique session identifier

storefront_digest, unique identifier, undefined if the store has a password, it is used to know if the current visitor has access.
- The “log files” track the activity of the Site and collect data such as your IP address, the type of browser you use, your Internet service provider, your reference and output pages, and your time stamp data (date and time).
- Web beacons, web beacons and web beacons are electronic files that record information about how you browse the Site.

In addition, when you make or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information about you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including your credit card numbers, email address and phone number. This automatically collected information is referred to as "Order Information".

When we use the term “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are referring to both Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

When you place an order through the Site, we keep the Information about your order in our records, unless and until you ask us to delete it.
