All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Delivery is free for all countries (France, countries of the European Union and rest of the world).
Deliveries are from Monday to Friday. You will receive an email with the email address you provided when ordering to notify you on the shipment status.
Free delivery in France is available within 24 hours after shipment subject to product availability (deadline indicated on the product sheet) or outside peak periods (Black Friday, end of year celebrations).
Free delivery for countries in the European Union is available within 48 hours after shipment.
Free delivery for countries outside the European Union is available within 3 to 5 days of dispatch.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are due once the shipment has reached the destination country. If you live outside the European Union, particularly in the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes. Mad Lords declines all responsibility for import duties or customs taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Tax & custom fees
Since regulations and sales taxes vary from country to country, we apply value added tax (VAT) depending on the country where your order is shipped. You will be able to see the estimated tax amount for your order at checkout. The exact taxes amount will be calculated and charged at the time of shipment.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are due once the shipment has reached the destination country. Mad Lords is not responsible for these charges if applied and are your responsibility as a customer.
Pick up in store
You can avoid shipping by picking up your order in store for free at 316 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris. After placing your order and selecting In-Store Pickup at checkout, your order will be prepped and ready for pickup within 1 business day (subject to product availability). We will email you when your order is ready, along with instructions.
Our in-store pick-up hours are 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
DHL Express delivery
DHL, our partner in charge of delivering your orders, offers you the possibility of modifying certain options by using DHL ODD (Delivery On Demand). Whether you want to change the delivery date or cancel the signature upon receipt option, DHL Express adapts to all your needs.
Once DHL has your package, you will receive an SMS and/or email notification informing you of the delivery date. If DHL ODD is available in your area, this message will also contain a link to the DHL Express webpage. You will then need the tracking number of the package.
Here are some of the options you can customize:
Choose the delivery date
If the expected delivery date does not suit you, you can select a new one within 5 working days.
When available, you will also be able to select a time slot to receive your package.
Signature upon receipt
If you prefer not to affix your signature upon receipt of your package, you can modify this option. Please note that if you choose to cancel this service, Mad Lords and DHL cannot be held responsible for loss or damage occurring once delivery has been made.
Delivery to a neighbor
You can ask DHL to leave your package with a neighbor: you just need to provide the exact address, as well as any other specific information.
Please note that by selecting this option, Mad Lords and DHL will not be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring once the delivery has been made.
Collection at a DHL Service Point or Parcel Locker
If you were to be absent at the time of delivery, you can choose to collect your package at a DHL service point.
DHL ODD will display the nearest DHL service point so you can select the one that suits you best. Once your package is ready for collection, DHL will contact you to let you know how long you have to collect it. Please note that if you do not collect your package within this period, it will be returned to the DHL depot.
To pick up your package at a DHL service point, you will need to bring two pieces of ID:
- Photo ID (passport or driver's license)
- The email/SMS notification sent by DHL
During holiday periods
If you are on vacation at the time of delivery, you can ask DHL to hold your package for 30 working days.
When available, you can reschedule delivery by selecting a new time slot.
