Returns are offered for any order redirected from the European Union.
After receiving your parcel, you have 14 days to proceed with a return.
Order returns must be made in accordance with the following conditions:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all original labels and delivered to us in the package in which they were delivered.
- If the item was delivered to you with a label, it must not be removed and must return to us intact.
- The jewelry must return to us in the state in which you received it, in its original packaging and accompanied by all the original documents.
Any return of an order that does not comply with our Policy will be refused.
You changed your mind? Follow these steps:
- A DHL return voucher will be sent to you after contacting our Customer Service (by email: firstname.lastname@example.org)
- Print the invoice or Order Details you received by email on the day of your purchase.
- Place the jewelry and the invoice in the packaging provided, along with all the original documents.
- Connect to the DHL Express website and schedule your return by providing the information indicated on the Return Slip.
- You have two choices: Collection or Deposit
Returns by Pick-Up
We offer a free pick-up return service to all our customers and for all orders that comply with our Returns Policy. You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it to MAD LORDS. We recommend that you book your return by pick-up within 7 days of receipt of your order to ensure that it arrives within 14 days.
Returns by deposit
Our service gives you the possibility to return your online order from a drop-off point near you. Simply select the “By Deposit” option during your DHL Express programming and then prepare your package with the documents included in your order. All you have to do is drop off your return order at the location you choose and we will take care of the rest.
Need to make an exchange? Contact our Customer Service within 14 days of receipt to request a different size or exchange your jewelry via the email address: email@example.com
Our pick-up service will then take care of picking up your purchase at the address of your choice.
Once our service has recovered your Return, and compliance with the Return Policy has been validated, we will proceed with the refund within 24 hours.
The amount will be credited to the payment method used in your purchase. The time it takes for the sum to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank and the method of payment used.
You can cancel your purchase until it has shipped. If not, refer to the return policy described in the previous paragraph.
