The delivery is offered for all countries (France, European Union countries and outside the EU).
France: delivery within 24h after shipment
EU countries: Delivery within 48 hours after shipment
Non-EU countries: Delivery within 3-5 days after shipping
VAT is not included in the product price only for countries outside the EU (UK and Switzerland). You may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes.
Returns are free for all orders shipped from the European Union.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days after receiving your order to proceed with a return. We will process your return within 24 hours and proceed, according to your choice, to a credit note, an exchange or a refund.
In case of a proven manufacturing defect, your jewelry will be changed free of charge for 1 year from the date of purchase.
