Extremely rare Veuve C Vacheron & Cie mechanically wound pocket watch. This expression of the Vacheron Constantin watch brand was only used between 1875 and 1877. Yellow gold pocket watch with white enamel dial with Roman numerals and railway track. Original 18K gold pocket chain. Perfect working condition.
