D1928 was founded in Nice in 1928 by Denise and Jean Porchet. A jewel of the French Riviera, the brand embodies the colorful, modern elegance orchestrated today by Olivia Seitz-Porchet and her mother Christine, the fourth generation to reinvent pearl jewelry. Inspired by the Riviera, the D1928 universe is bathed in the hues of the Mediterranean and the emblematic landscapes of the Côte d'Azur. The pieces are entirely designed in the family's workshop in Nice, from the first sketch to final assembly. They combine cultured pearls, hard stones such as lapis lazuli or malachite, with gold accents, sometimes enhanced with enamel for a more contemporary touch.
