Tracking Order

We pass your order to our preparation teams as soon as the payment has been accepted by your bank. We give your package to the carrier you have selected at the end of the day in order for it to be delivered the next business day. All orders placed before 12:00 are prepared and shipped in the afternoon, except on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.

We will send you an email as soon as your order is being shipped so you can track delivery of your parcel. You can access at any time the delivery information of your order by accessing your space "My Account".
